Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-26. These terms apply between you and TIBA SOLUTIONS (طيبة للحلول الذكية), a one person limited liability company under Egyptian Investment Law 72 of 2017, commercial register no. 206511, Cairo Investment Commercial Registry Office, registered office 25, 23 July Street, Banha, Qalyubia, Egypt, which runs Tibixa (the "academy", "we"). Contact: [email protected] or the contact form.
1. The service
The academy offers online courses: video lessons, readings, exercises, quizzes, practice tests and progress tracking. Some courses are free; others need a paid plan or an access code. Much of the material is drafted with the help of AI and reviewed by our team; if you find a mistake, report it with the button on the question or the lesson and we fix it.
2. Accounts and age
- Give true information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else used your account.
- Students below the age at which the law of their country allows them to agree to the use of their data (for example 13 in the United States, 13 to 16 in the European Union, 18 in Egypt and several other countries) can use an account only after a parent or legal guardian approves it. Younger learners use a profile that a parent creates on their own account.
- A parent or guardian who approves or links a student's account can see the student's progress, practice time and scores.
- Only an adult parent or legal guardian can approve a student's account, follow a student or pay for them.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
- Prices are shown in US dollars before tax; Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where your country requires it and shows the total before you pay.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at the price then in force, charged to the payment method saved at checkout, until you cancel. We email a reminder before each yearly renewal.
- You can cancel at any time in Billing, with one click. No further payment is taken, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- We may change prices for future periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to your plan, so you can cancel before it does.
- If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a few days while Paddle tries again; then it pauses until the payment method is updated.
- A student under the age of majority of their country may buy a plan only with the agreement of a parent or legal guardian, which the student confirms at checkout. A parent or guardian may also buy a plan for a student.
4. Refunds
Every payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
5. Using the courses
- The courses are for your own learning. Do not copy, resell, publish or share the lessons, questions or videos, or give others access to your account.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or use automated tools to download its content.
- The content, design and software belong to TIBA SOLUTIONS or its licensors. SAT is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse this site; the same applies to other exam names we mention.
- Practice scores and predicted scores are estimates to guide study. We do not guarantee any exam result.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available and the material correct, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change courses; if we withdraw a course you paid for, we refund the unused part of the period.
7. Ending the account
You can delete your account at any time (My account, My data). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where the law allows; if we close a paid account without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the period.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Egypt. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email or on the site before the change applies. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.
