Your business, answered at 10 pm. Welcome to Automation by Building Agentic AI Systems course. Picture a small online business at ten at night. A customer asks on WhatsApp whether you can fit them in tomorrow. A client wants last month's invoice. A new lead has just filled in your web form. What if an AI assistant answered all three, booked the slot, sent the invoice and logged the lead while you slept? By the end, you'll build exactly that kind of system, and you'll know how to sell it to clients.
Who this is for. It's for anyone who wants to build and sell real AI automations, and you don't need a programming background. We work in no-code tools, where you connect blocks on a screen instead of writing code. If you already code or run IT systems, great, you'll simply move faster. You'll want a computer, a browser, a Google account and a willingness to test things. A few parts use a rented server or services with free tiers, and we'll tell you when.
Module 1: Prompts that control agents. Module one starts with the brain of every agent. An agent is a model plus instructions, tools and memory. The instructions live in the system prompt, a standing briefing like the one you'd give a new support hire. You'll write prompts with clear rules and guardrails, make agents return clean JSON, which is neatly labeled data other tools can read, and measure tokens, the small chunks of text you pay for. You'll finish by testing a customer support prompt against ten tricky messages.
Module 2: Your first automation. Module two builds your first real automation in n8n, a no-code workflow tool. You'll capture leads from a web form into Google Sheets with a follow-up email, then add an AI step that classifies and summarizes incoming messages. You'll even run free local models with Ollama, so each AI call costs nothing. Add retries and alerts so a workflow never fails silently, and you'll finish with an AI appointment booking assistant you can show a client.
Module 3: Your private AI server. Module three gives you your own private server, a VPS, which is simply a computer you rent in a data center. You'll secure it with a domain, SSL and a firewall, then install n8n, a database and AI models with one-click Docker panels. You'll give agents memory and a knowledge base using RAG, which means the agent looks up your own documents before answering, like an employee checking the policy binder. The result is a reusable AI operating system blueprint.
Module 4: A team of agents. Module four moves from one agent to a team. A manager agent plans the work and hands tasks to worker agents for research, writing and data entry. The tricky part is handoffs, passing context between agents without losing details, so we'll take that step slowly. A checker agent reviews the work and sends it back when needed, and you'll add human approvals, limits and logs. Your project is an agent team that turns a sales inquiry into a sent proposal.
Modules 5 and 6: Channels and business. The last two modules bring your work to customers and to market. In module five you connect one agent to WhatsApp, Telegram and the web with shared memory, and meet MCP, a standard that gives agents tools on more than fifty platforms through one server. You'll build an assistant that books, invoices and updates the CRM. In module six you choose between an AI agency and a micro-SaaS, package and price an offer, build client dashboards and take monthly payments. Notice how each part stands on the one before it.
How to get the most out of it. Here's how to get the most from it. Go one lesson at a time, and build along instead of just watching. Every module ends with a project, so finish each one before moving on, because later modules reuse what you built. Keep your projects together in a portfolio, since they double as demos for real clients. And when something breaks, that's practice too: read the error, fix it, and write down what you learned.
Recap and what's next. That's the map of Automation by Building Agentic AI Systems. You'll go from system prompts that control cost, to your first n8n automation, your own private server, a team of agents, assistants on WhatsApp and Telegram, and finally a branded offer with a landing page, pricing and a first demo. Next up is module one, where we open up how an AI agent actually works. See you there.
